Version 1.0-draftUpdated 2026-10-01Draft — not approved
This is a draft, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes the offer Margo intends to sell, not every detail of what the product does today — parts of it name commitments that are still being built. It has no legal approval behind it, and Margo is not on sale. It will be finished, checked and versioned before anyone can buy anything. Until then, please read it as a statement of intent.

The cancellation route

There are no contracts to cancel. Margo is not on sale, so nobody has one. This route is built and directly reachable anyway, because the requirement is that it exists and works from the day the first contract does — not that it gets added later.

What it will do, once sales are live:

  • Take your name, the email on the contract, and which contract you mean.
  • Let you say whether you are cancelling for the future or withdrawing under your statutory right, and from which date.
  • Confirm on one page, with a button that says exactly that and nothing softer.
  • Send you confirmation in text form immediately, with the date your access ends, and let you save or print the acknowledgement from the page itself.

The other ways

  • In your Margo Account: Manage subscription and invoices on the account page opens Stripe’s customer portal, where you can cancel in a few clicks. It is the quickest route if you are signed in, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
  • By writing to us: help@margo.global.

Whichever you use, we will tell you the date your access ends and whether any money comes back. We will not ask you to explain yourself first.
